Chris Langrick
Director
Chris founded Langricks in 2009 and has successfully expanded the business to a team of 50, including the completion of 2 acquisitions.
He now leads Navig8, the advisory arm of Langricks. Ever since working in the Transaction Services team at KPMG and then assisting Thalassa Holdings with a listing on AIM, Chris has enjoyed the deal environment. Chris has worked on many vendor assist and financial modelling projects over the years and really enjoys advising business owners.
Camilla Langrick
Director
As joint founder and co-director of Langricks, Camilla focusses on the business development, HR and recruitment. Camilla’s role is largely ‘behind the scenes’, but with 16 years of helping to run Langricks behind her, she brings a wealth of experience.
Will Sant
Associate Director
Will joined Langricks in 2016 and became a qualified Chartered Accountant in 2021. He soon recognised that advisory work was his preferred path for his career development.
Whilst working closely with Chris, Will has gained important insights into how value can be added throughout the process, rather than merely presenting financial data. Will has worked closely with Chris on a variety of deals over the past few years.
Rachel Barrett
PA
Rachel has worked as PA to Chris and Camilla since 2022 and assists with Navig8 admin.
Sam Sharp
Senior Associate
Sam provides support to Will during transactions and typically assists with the historical data and making sure that this makes sense and reconciles to the annual statutory accounts.
Sam is also involved with the financial modelling. Sam is close to qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with 1 exam to go.
James Lister
Senior Associate
James also provides support to Will during transactions and typically assists with the historical data and making sure that this makes sense and reconciles to the annual statutory accounts.
James is also involved with the financial modelling. James is close to qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with 2 exams to go.
Matt Gillam
Associate
Matt is the latest recruit to Navig8 and he is currently undertaking his AAT studies.
Matt supports the team with gathering the historical data from the financial records.
